Pigmented water-based consolidating primer, made with potassium polysilicates, styrene-acrylic copolymers, inorganic pigments, silica sands, and selected quartz. Thanks to its composition, it allows the application of silicate-based paints and coatings on walls previously treated with traditional paints, avoiding the need for removal and stripping. Its acrylic component adheres perfectly to the existing organic layer, while its mineral component bonds well with the subsequent silicate finish, ensuring excellent adhesion and no peeling. It has good water vapor permeability, high water repellency, and excellent resistance to the formation of mold, algae, and fungi.
