Solvent-based isolating, leveling, and consolidating primer characterized by strong anchoring and penetrating power. Due to its alkali resistance and effective degreasing properties provided by the high solvent content, it is especially suitable as a bonding primer for reinforced concrete and precast concrete where the presence of release agents would prevent proper adhesion of the coating, as well as for lime-based, gypsum, and similar plasters. Suitable for both exterior and interior applications.
